Pay a supported merchant.
- At the merchant, select the supported payment network and currency shown in NXT Pay.
- Tap Pay.
- Scan the merchant QR code, enter the address or choose a saved beneficiary.
- Verify the network, full destination address and merchant details.
- Enter the amount, review the fee and swipe to confirm.
Confirmed payments may be irreversible. A payment sent to the wrong
address or network may be permanently lost.

Receive a supported payout.
- Tap Get Paid.
- Confirm the supported network and currency shown in the app.
- Copy your NXT Pay address or let the sender scan your QR code.
- Tell the sender to use the exact supported network.
- Wait for network and provider confirmation before treating the payment as complete.
Address and network must match. Never assume that a similarly named
token on another network is supported.

- Tap Cash Out.
- Select an available bank or mobile-money option.
- Enter or select the correct beneficiary details.
- Enter the amount in NXT.
- Review the conversion, fees and destination, then swipe to confirm.
Check every digit. Once submitted to a provider, a cash-out may be
impossible to cancel or recover.

Review income, spending and your latest transactions.

Check status, amount, date and transaction reference.
The transaction has been processed. Open it to view the reference and receipt.
Wait and recheck. Do not submit a duplicate transaction unless support confirms it is safe.
Review the reason and payment provider. A failed funding attempt may still require reconciliation.
GOOD TO KNOW
The details that prevent expensive mistakes.
Rates, fees, minimums and maximums can differ by country, provider and
verification level. Treat the confirmation screen—not a marketing page—as the final transaction quote. If
the quote expires, review the new rate before proceeding.
A saved beneficiary reduces typing but does not remove your responsibility to
verify the address. Merchants can change payment addresses. Confirm the current destination with the
merchant before every payment.
Open a completed transaction to view its detail and receipt. Keep the NXT
reference when you contact support. A screenshot alone may not be sufficient; support may request proof
from your bank, mobile-money operator or payment provider.
Check recent activity first. Then confirm whether your bank or provider
completed the debit. If the transaction remains unresolved, contact support with the NXT reference, date,
amount and provider evidence. Never send passwords, PINs or one-time codes.
Contact NXT Support through an official channel immediately. Also secure your
mobile number, email and banking access. Do not continue using a device you believe is compromised.
